Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with a superfood smoothie – The Emerald Shamrock

St. Patrick´s day is coming up soon and the NATUFIA team would like to share a health-boosting recipe for a smoothie.

We would like to celebrate the beginning of spring with healthy ingredients grown in NATUFIA Kitchen Garden.


(Makes 2 servings)

  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley (leaves and stems)
  • 4 kale leaves (center ribs removed)
  • 1 kiwi (pealed)
  • 1 banana (cut into pieces)
  • 3 leaves of lemon balm


Purée 1/2 cup parsley (leaves and stems), 4 kale leaves (center ribs removed), 1 kiwi (pealed), 1 banana (cut into pieces), 3 leaves of lemon balm, and 1 cup water in a blender until smooth (add water if too thick).
