“Never judge the book by its cover.” Lettuces might look the same but it’s the inside that counts!

The difference in nutritional values in the test results between Natufia lettuce and pot lettuce from the shop were huge:

Vitamin C level:                400 % higher in Natufia lettuce

Beta carotene level:        330 % higher in Natufia lettuce

Vitamin K level:               200 % higher in Natufia lettuce

Lettuce (Lactuca sativa) grown in Natufia Kitchen Garden has higher vitamin levels than lettuce that is sold in a pot in grocery stores according to tests made by 3rd party’s accredited food laboratory.

How did we achieve this?
